• • Personal Identifiers: We do not collect or store your name, legal email address, phone number, postal address, government ID, or any other direct personal identifier.
• • Resumes & Documents: You connect your own data sources—such as Google Sheets, Dropbox, Notion—to our tools; your raw files and PII remain solely in your storage. We never upload or retain copies.
• • Tracking & Analytics: We do not use cookies, local storage, third-party trackers, or pixel‐based analytics that identify you across the web.

3. Information We Do Collect

• • Anonymous Usage Metrics: We collect aggregate, anonymized usage data (e.g. feature‐click counts, error logs) to monitor system health, improve UX, and prioritize features. No individual or device is ever linked to these metrics.
• • Referral & Waitlist Records: If you join our waitlist or referral program, we record your chosen alias (never your real name), email address only to send you access codes, and which referral code you used. All emails are stored encrypted at rest with zero‐knowledge encryption—we cannot read them.

4. BYODB Philosophy & Data Flow

• • Bring Your Own Database: You choose where your professional documents live (Notion, Sheets, Dropbox). We read only what you explicitly authorize via OAuth or link tokens.
• • No Retention: We process your data in memory and return results to you; we do not persist your job materials, resumes, or PII on our servers.
• • End‐to‐End Encryption: All data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.3. All communications between browser, extension, and our API are encrypted.

5. How We Use Your Information

• • To deliver core functionality (risk scans, CV generation, stealth tools).
• • To send you waitlist invitations, referral rewards, product updates.
• • To anonymize and aggregate usage for product analytics.
• • Never for marketing third parties, profiling, or ad targeting.

6. How We Share Your Information

• • Service Providers: We may share your email (encrypted) and referral code with our payment processor solely to confirm transactions and deliver credit or subscription access.
• • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law (court order, subpoena) or to protect our rights. We'll notify you unless prohibited.
• • No Data Sales: We absolutely do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• • Browser extension itself stores only the minimal settings locally (e.g. dark/light mode preference).

8. Data Retention & Deletion

• • Anonymized Metrics: Retained until no longer useful for analytics (max 12 months).
• • Referral & Waitlist: Encrypted email and alias retained until you request deletion or unsubscribe.
• • How to Delete: Email us at zeke@overemploy.life from your registered address to request removal; we'll confirm within 48 hours and delete your records within 7 days.

9. Security Measures

• • All services run on hardened cloud infrastructure with strict firewall, intrusion detection, and logging.
• • Code & infrastructure undergo periodic security audits and pen‐testing.
• • We comply with industry best practices for encryption, key management, and vulnerability patching.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we become aware of such data, we will promptly delete it.

11. International Data Transfers

Our servers may reside in multiple jurisdictions. By using the Service, you consent to transfer of your minimal data (encrypted email, anonymous metrics) to these locations.
