1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have full power to enter into these Terms.

2. Scope of Service

Overemploy Life provides a "stealth toolkit" enabling job seekers to manage multiple remote roles and recruiters to identify stealth-ready talent. Features may include, but are not limited to:

• Risk scans & CV generation
• BYODB ("Bring Your Own Database") integration
• Recruiter portal and applicant-tracking tools

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Account & Waitlist Registration

• You may join our waitlist by providing a valid email address (your "Registered Email").
• All communications regarding access, billing, and feature updates will be sent to that address.
• You may never supply personal identifying information beyond your email; all other data remains in your own storage.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• We offer various paid tiers (Starter, Operator, Overghost, etc.) at the prices described on the Site.
• Payments are processed through our third-party partners.
• All fees are quoted in USD and non-refundable except as set forth below.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

Processing Fees

Any transaction fees charged by credit‐card networks, banks, or cryptocurrency networks in connection with your purchase are non‐refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount. You are responsible for any such fees.

Subscription Cancellations

If you cancel more than 7 days after your initial subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period and no further charges will occur—but no partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued.

One-Time Purchases & Lifetime Access

All one-time, lifetime-access purchases are final and non-refundable once completed.

How to Request

To initiate a refund:

• Send a clear refund request—including your Registered Email and date of purchase—to zeke@overemploy.life.
• We will confirm receipt and eligibility within 2 business days.
• If approved, your net refund (minus processing fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Disputes

If you believe an error has been made, contact us at zeke@overemploy.life and we will work with you to resolve it.

6. License & Restrictions

6.1 Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Circumvent security features or attempt unauthorized access.
• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right.

7. User Content & Data

• BYODB Data: Any documents you connect via Google Sheets, Notion, Dropbox, etc., remain in your storage; we never retain copies.
• Anonymous Metrics: We may collect aggregate usage data for improvement, but we do not link it to your identity.
• Waitlist Data: We store your email (encrypted) solely to grant access and send updates.

8. Privacy & Security

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We employ TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and zero-knowledge encryption at rest for any minimal data we store.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software underlying the Service are our property or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

10. Disclaimers & Warranties

• No Guarantee of Results. The Service does not guarantee job placements or specific outcomes.
• "As-Is" Basis. We provide the Service "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Overemploy Life, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Overemploy Life and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version at overemploy.life/terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
